SIGG Switzerland dates back to 1908 when metal processing specialist Ferdinand Sigg established an aluminum product factory about 30 kilometers outside of Zurich. Along with his colleague Xaver Küng, the two men combined their love of metal and the strong belief that "aluminum is the material of the future".

We offer the Sigg Alu Box Large and Midi (Medium). They are airtight, watertight and very durable. Sigg Aluminum Boxes are perfectly suited for medical kits or for the storage of small survival kits, like our high quality Wilderness Trekker Survival Kit. Because the Sigg Survival Kit Box has become increasingly hard to find due to irregular import procedures by Sigg in the USA, Best Glide ASE has introduced our Adventurer Series Survival Kit Box. This Survival Kit Box is made of the same metal as the Sigg Box, but since it comes in a gray color, the finish is actually more durable. The latches on the Adventurer Survival Kit Box have proven to be more durable and the rubber seal is of like quality. However, is should be noted that neither the Sigg Box nor the Adventurer Series Survival Kit Box are designed to be submerged as they are both water resistant, not water proof. Both styles are imported.
