The Esbit Solid Fuel Stove has been around for decades. It has been used extensively by the German and various other European armies since WW II. The Esbit Stove folds to 3" x 4" x 3/4" thus allowing it to be stored virtually anywhere including a pocket, pack or survival kit. The Esbit Solid Fuel Stove is NATO Approved.

The Esbit Pocket Stove is constructed of plated tensile structured steel and burns Esbit Solid Fuel Tablets. Each Esbit Fuel tablet, which cannot self ignite, provides intense heat for cooking or emergency warmth. Because Esbit is practically odorless and non-toxic, it can be used within an enclosed area.

Each Esbit Stove Solid Fuel Tablet will produce approximately 1400 degrees F of heat and will burn for 15 minutes. In short, the Esbit Stove works, is small, light, reliable, safe, and inexpensive. Rarely does one find a seasoned camper or hiker that doesn't have one of these great Esbit stoves. Our version comes complete with 6 fuel tabs. Additional Esbit fuel comes in packs of 12 tabs.

The Esbit Solid Fuel Stove is NATO Approved under NSN 7310-99-708-8451. We also offer refill Esbit Solid Fuel Tabs.

A must for the price Review by Mike
You can't beat an Esbit. Light weight, packs in a small space, and the fuel burns smoke and odor free. Will boil small quantities of water, enough for a freeze-dried meal and a hot drink, very quickly. Just be sure you pack enough fuel tablets as well. Best saved for use when a fire isn't practical or safe. (Posted on 8/16/2012)
