Best Glide ASE wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any product, please return it to us with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. We would also be pleased to issue you a credit with our company or send you a replacement product. In short, your order is not complete until you are happy with your purchase.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following items: partially consumed water and food rations, partially used survival or first aid kits or any item that appears to have been used contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendations or its intended purpose.
Any damaged shipments should be reported to the carrier as there is a limited time for making a claim. Keep the packaging, all packing materials, and all of the items together. The carrier will inspect the packaging and contents and will return the damaged items to us. We will resolve the matter with them and ship a replacement to you ASAP. We usually will not wait for a resolution prior to sending you a replacement product. Again, your customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Payment Methods (United States and Canada)
For our customers in the United States and Canada, Adventure Survival Equipment, Inc. offers a wide range of payment methods. We accept all major credit cards to include Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. These may be submitted via our Secure Credit Card Processor online or if you prefer, you may call or fax us your credit card and order information. You may also use our handy printable order form if you prefer.
Please note that the name and address on your credit card records must match your “Sold To” or "Billing" name and address.
We are also proud to accept PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply choose this option on our checkout page and you will be walked through the simple and quick process. For international shipments, we suggest the use of PayPal. When using this option, all shipments must be sent to the 'billing address" listed on your PayPal account.
If you prefer, Best Glide ASE will also accept checks, cashier’s checks or money orders. When using this method, simply print a copy of your order using the Check or Money Order option on our shopping cart and mail it to us. Or, if you prefer, print out our handy order form, fill it out and give us a call, fax it or mail it to us. Our address will automatically be printed out with this form. If using this method of payment, we suggest using a cashier’s check or money order for prompt order processing. You can also print your credit card information on this form for quick easy processing. Due to bank charges, we are forced to pass on a $20 fee for a returned check. All checks should be made out to Best Glide ASE.

Please note - Our web site will NOT accept Non-US based credit cards and will issue an error message if this is attempted. The PayPal option on our checkout page MUST be used unless arrangements have been made with us prior to purchase.
We DO currently process orders from our friends in the United Kingdom and Western Europe via email@example.com. We are happy to take credit card information over the phone, by fax or by use of the PayPal Credit Card Service. Paypal is easy to use and is the most secure and convenient for all parties. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing an order for verification that we are able to ship the requested items to your location. Sometimes there are exportation and hazmat shipping issues.
All customers residing in The Great State of Texas will be charged an additional 8.25% of their order total to cover the required sales tax. Shipments originating from other states will not be charged sales tax at this time.
Best Glide ASE utilizes UPS Ground as our standard method of shipping. However, we also offer other UPS Expedited forms of shipping for those who need the product as soon as possible. UPS allows us to provide you notification of shipment information and a tracking number so that you may monitor your order’s status. The shipping and handling charges are determined by an approximation of weight. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
If you would prefer another method of shipping, to include US Mail, please contact us prior to ordering and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Our preferred method of shipping over seas is via U.S. Postal Global Express Mail (EMS). This method is usually the cheapest and is track-able. It also avoids the charges added by UPS for Customs Services. However, we have not yet included this in our shopping cart options. Please contact us at email@example.com for shipping rates.
All shipments to Canada are shipped UPS unless US Postal Service (USPS) shipping is requested. However, please know that UPS applies fees, that we have no control over, to packages delivered to Canada addresses, which are collected by UPS prior to delivery. These fees do not go to us and are the sole responsibility of UPS.
If you would prefer US Postal Service (USPS) shipping, please give us a call or email us with this request. USPS to Canada is not included above because the US Postal Service will not ship matches. Therefore, shipments to Canada that include matches must be shipped via UPS. If you are ordering a survival kit, to Canada, which has matches in it, please let us know if you would prefer us to leave out the matches.

Unfortunately, Hazardous Material Shipments cost substantially more than normal shipments. Hazardous materials include such items as signal flares, fire extinguishers and other items the shipping company has deemed as potentially hazardous to transport via commercial shipper. Due to this fact, we regret that we have to add an additional charge for shipping on these items. This charge will be automatically calculated at the time of your order. For Hazmat items please call us to make delivery arrangements. We cannot currently take these orders via our automated web site. We apologize but we currently cannot ship hazardous materials internationally, to Alaska or Hawaii.
